MBUK CKS (municipal budget cultural institution Centralized club system) was created in 1998 as a result of combining several leisure facilities into a single system of club-type institutions.
The main leisure area of MBUK CKS is the city Palace of culture «October», which has a concert hall with 383 seats and a cinema hall with 224 seats .
GDK «October» is also an administrative building, which houses the management apparatus of the institution.
